Her, Pol: Sindhi Hindu Exodus

Dear Sindhis,

We had a great discussion about partition and exodus of our Sindhi
Hindus from Sindh on the Sindhi list.  It was very constructive and
informative.  What happened in 1947 was a great tragedy of the century
for Sindh and Sindhi people.  The mistakes were made by leaders of our
community not by ordinary Sindhis, who barely knew about partition.
All were living with love and peace.  As a result of partition not
only did the Sindhi Hindus suffer a lot, but so did the Sindhi
Muslims, and they are still suffering in their own land.  We Sindhi
(Muslims and Hindus) living in Sindh lost every thing; we lost our
cities and resources, and are now losing our language, culture and
identity.

Let's build the bridges of trust among us and become a united Sindhi
nation.  We have to work very hard to save our great nation on the
planet earth.  Finally I really appreciate Dr Gul Agha's work; he is
doing great job.  Dr please keep up.
