Heritage, Soc, YA: Sindhi Course Puzzle?

Folks

I am bit puzzled too. I wish to find a sincere answer from some Sindhi
Diaspora parents who send/sponsor their college kids to "Summer courses"
in France or Islamic Camps in DC or Hindu Camps in North Carolina. How
none of them thought of suggesting/encouraging their college kids for
Sindhi course at UIUC. If not, do they really believe that it is less
important in some ways? I

I also  perplexed that among thousands of Sindhi youths who have great
intriguing minds and get involved in variety of research/skills and
hobbies - be it a visit to archeological sites in Peru, learning Latin
or solve some genetics problem - none of them is getting interested in
learning (reading/writing) Sindhi?

I am not being judgmental, I sincerely want to know and understand?
